Jonathan delivers carefully considered classes, which are both unique and impactful on the body and mind. I took one of his evening yoga classes, the movements were tailored to a particular theme and he also led some lovely pranayama and meditation. I would highly recommend you check out one of his classes!

I decided to have some 1 to 1 pilates sessions, these have completely changed the way I see my body AND the way I practice yoga now too! Jonathan was so knowledgeable and gave me a much better insight as to what I've been doing wrong, as well as creating short personalised video's for me to practice at home daily. Pilates is now just as much of an essential practice as yoga in my daily routine. My posture is improving day by day and body feels so much more comfortable! Had such an amazing experience at my first ever pilates class with the wonderful JJ. He was very helpful and encouraging throughout the entire class and has definitely made me want to go back again! It's such a great session that will not only help you in the gym or when you're on your run but also improve your general posture at your work or study desk, which is something we all need! I would recommend to all my friends, athletic or not!
