I have been in contact with Adam and his team at Mayday for over 3 years now, initially to look at quotes for a new printer for our company. Adam has been great throughout the process by finding us the best deals as a small local business and by also going above and beyond to help us get out of a previous tricky contract with another supplier. Year on year Adam checked in with us to see if he could help us get out of our deal to which he could this year! - We now have a lovely new printer, a much better deal and a service that is friendly and willing to help. Our installation was scheduled for this week and with personal childcare issues arising from our side, Adam and his team helped get the printer to us seamlessly and were so understanding. The delivery man Will and the technical engineer Paul were both great! Paul helped set everything up for us and gave a thorough run through of each aspect of the printer with a friendly and polite manner.
