    What can I say about lfk. They took me and my daughter from white to black belts. The instructors are friendly, patient, make it fun for the younger ones. The senior grades are always there at the start of the sessions to help if your stuck on a kata, or set. The sessions, even though educational and respectful, are light humoured and sometimes laugh out loud. You are told to leave your ego at the door as they strive for a family friendly vibe. Also they're the cheapest child care in town.
