   The girl behind the counter could not have been more miserable.. when I asked if she was OK she said"I'm tired" not even a thank you for payment!! There were alot of elderly people in there waiting to be served.. they all commented too, sometimes young staff need to realise that this is the only time an elderly person gets too talk to anyone in a day !!

   Used to be a really friendly coffee shop, staff now mostly young girls and customer service is terrible. Real lack of friendly engagement.

   Sorry, but really cant/ won't be recommending this costa branch. Had a 'reward' for coffee on app & even though i hadnt selected to use it, it was used but i still paid full price for coffee. Long cues despite having adequate staffing

   Good tasty hot coffee and comfortable chair's ideal for people watching Went here today disappointed staff would not serve in cups as dish washer not working but there was plenty of clean ones available their reason did not want to clean by hand! The current generation are lazy and have it so easy!

   What can I say , it’s shut , we use to enjoy a coffee and meet up after work , nowadays it shuts at 6 pm too early to use my tempting Costa offers , but it’s a 24 hr Tesco store. Time to let Starbucks have a go

   A busy place this morning when I had my spiced cappuccino and mince pie. The lovely Andrea served me and she always has a welcoming smile. The staff are very friendly whatever time you go in though. An excellent place for a coffee before or after your shopping in Tesco. It's just been refurbished and looks bigger than it was before. The large tables have been removed in favour of more regular sized ones. The lighting looks minimalist and industrial looking. Costa cups hang precariously from the mobile above some of the tables which is a complete surprise. The walls are adorned with new artwork giving it a fresh new look. A much better Costa than before and thankfully they've fixed that hole in the ceiling!

   It takes a long time to get served here. They are perfectly polite and produce the regular quality of coffee that Costa is known for. It will just take longer than you expect. I think they may need more staff.

   Usually stop for a cuppa after shopping. Really disappointed today to find three people on duty and all the tables dirty!! I've posted pics confirming the state of this place. I had to go to the counter to ask for a cloth to wipe my table after I removed the used cups. Poor girl behind the counter was working her butt off with the two guys doing not a lot!! Eventually, it was left up to the girl to clear all the tables. Come on Costa, what has happened to you usual high standards????
