    My mum and I went into Stafford for a bit of shopping. We came to river island and was pleased with the items we found and was greeted by jeanie with a 15% discount which was always grateful. We decided to leave and come back to check on another item and if we can use the discount again which they accepted. They then surprised us with an early Christmas present of a £50 voucher which was well spent so thank you to River island and Jeanie for the surprise.

    Popped in on 15/09 at around 5pm and was struggling finding some suit trousers in stock in any stores local to me and struggled getting the delivery in time for the weekend. I cant remember the name, but I was helped by a fantastic girl upstairs who went the extra mile and made sure I got my order correct and delivered on time for a wedding, a credit to the company and would love the message to be passed across!     The best branch i've been to for a very long time. I love river island but just recently i've been having a few problems with the Merry Hill branch and i mentioned it to 1 of the staff in stafford and they sorted it immediately.
