Great quality furniture but the customer service is lacking, the manager/owner was just rude. Perhaps it’s my age but especially considering the prices, I would expect some level of service. Id rather buy from IKEA than use this place

Best thing i ever did when i walked out. Bullying not only by employees but by employers aswell worst place i have ever worked avoid at all cost if you value your life.
I have never experienced anything like this. Customer service is below zero. They unswear your email after weeks, they tell you you the product you've ordered is in stock and can be dispatched in no time and as soon as you make the payment "the day after", they run out of it and you have to wait months. You ask for money back and you wait months to get it back. Absolutely useless and dishonest.

Applied for a administration job here, got a call from HR inviting me to an interview. Got told to just turn up between 10-12am which I did. Whilst waiting for my interview staff members walked through reception area (which no one was at) very grumpy staff, not one smiled or said hello. Made me feel as if I shouldn’t be there. The lady taking the interview didn’t seem totally sure of what to ask or how to run an interview. Was extremely rude and not welcoming at all. Was told I would receive a phone call if successful or an email if unsuccessful by the Friday of the following week. Friday came, heard nothing. Sent 2 emails to HR asking if a decision had been made/any feedback. No reply. A week later still no reply. Absolutely awful HR. Will not be wasting my time with this company again. AVOID.

Warings furniture is the perfect example of a terrible place to work I have never met such rude supervisors and the couple running it haven’t got a clue what there doing. I highly do not recommend applying for Warings furniture as the place is a mess and I might add quiet unsafe with bits of the roof falling down, you would think for a company of such proportion they would have more sense of how to run there business, I’m glad I left when I did as everyday I went in I feared for my life, not to mention that since I was there more people left or got sacked than joined. The place itself is a mess and the way things are stacked is beyond believe I was lucky I wasn’t hurt with the amount of chairs that kept falling down everywhere >:( Furthermore I believe that if health and safety were to take a trip to this run down business I think they would have more than enough reasons to shut the place down not to mention members of staff that walk around without any signs of high visibility clothing.
Terrible customer service! Don't buy anything from this store, overpriced and if you have any problems with an item expect to be verbally abused by one of the owners!
