A welcoming spot with genuinely friendly staff. It can get crowded time to time and some of the furniture is quite worn and due for replacement, but the atmosphere makes up for it. I’m there almost every day , it really feels like a community café where people naturally gather.
We are Costa regulars, this Costa is our new go too. It gets very busy in this Costa, the staff are all very pleasant, some of the seating is very stained and definitely due for replacement, we will still use it but look for other cafes to try. The one in Towcester is really good with good parking near by.

Awful, coffee tastes burnt like most costa because they dont clean the machine everyday. Tables not cleared, had to ask for sugar as not replenished. Chairs are disgustingly dirty and have been for a long time.
Went late on Saturday evening, near closing. All helpful and pleasant. Made me aware closing in less than an hour, which was fine for me. Only thing was lady who took second order appeared to have been handling bins (albeit wearing gloves) just before taking my order, but she assured me she wasn't making the drink just putting it through the till. I have severe OCD hygiene and contamination anxieties, but managed to work around it by just taking the drink off the tray she had placed on the counter. Drink maker was more than generous with the cream after I realised half way through drinking that he'd forgotten it. (I was rather tired!)
Pleasant experience efficient staff although sometimes when very busy tables are not cleared quickly and customers over comfortable and remain at their tables way after all their food and drink finished meaning no space or spare tables for new customers which may deter customers when nowhere to sit
Food was ok, drinks were not as hot as they should have been and the shop is very poorly laid out for a wheelchair user. Best part was the young man, a trainee batista, who was very kind and helpful.
A bit busy time I hit, but service did their best, quick and efficient enough. Food from M&S top quality.
Like Costa but mainly use Sixfields Northampton, as not to far from home. The Coffee is good but always find the furniture very grubby and unkept with tables not being cleared and cleaned after Customer's leave. This has been put to the Staff & Manager on a few occasions but just falls on deaf ears. The 3 stars are on presentation only, and doesn’t reflect Staff or Product.
Everything as you would normally expect with Costa. The staff however are exceptionally friendly and make your visit very pleasant. The layout of this particular Costa is very good and with the light music also playing in the background makes the whole atmosphere and the visit on a whole, that much more relaxing and enjoyable.
