I notice all the Males give good reviews? My first experience here was dreadful, from the desk staff to the Doctor. My first time I was told on arrival the MACHINE HAS BROKEN DOWN. I went to take a seat but was quickly told "they are coming from London so they won't be here for some time." I live near by so they could have phoned me! But no, not even to give me another appointment. Eventually I got another appointment by phoning them myself. An MRI in some sort of wagon outside the main building. I had to strip off in a CUPBOARD. The procedure was long and painful. I am now due to go back again! Dreading it!
Awful customer service skills. Rude and patronising telephone operators. Don't call you back, when they promise to.
Had MRI scan here as part of AQP on NHS. Very quick service and results back to my GP the next day. Staff couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. Atmosphere was clinical and efficient but also welcoming - would highly recommend
