I went to A&E yesterday 30 December, to the Ambatory Department. I was very breathless and frightened. The saw me with 15 mins. Took tests. Reassured me. Treated me and out by 2.30. I could breath without effort. Josh was the doctor and the team of nurses was brilliant. We are very lucky having NHS. Well done team

I was sent there unexpectedly after an opticians consultation. An appointment was made there and then. I was warned it might be a while to be seen. I arrived early and was told by a friendly helpful receptionist what would happen in sequence and by whom, nurse/doctor etc. I was seen by friendly caring staff and yes it took a while but I was happy to wait. Can't praise them enough. They all have a job to do and it's along day for them a swell as the patients. Don't take your frustrations out on them it's not fair. They are there to help you. Being polite and courteous is how you expect to be treated so be polite and courteous to them in return.

I wanted to thank the doctors and nurses at Norfolk and Nowich Children's day ward. My daughter attended for a procedure 30th October. The surgeons/anaesthetists/nurses were absolutely amazing. My daughters strong willed personality took over but the nurses were absolutely amazing. Nurse , Emily,Beth,Sionhan, HCA Lizzie and play team Sarah were honestly all so amazing. Thank you so much for being so patient, caring and understanding.

Please stop this parking and picking up nonsense!!! No rules followed and no reinforcement applied. They do have space in other car parks around the hospital and most of visitors can walk a minute or five. Bus and taxi services must be separated.

Nothing but praise for this hospital. They know an emergency when they see one and don't hang around in getting people the care they need. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. A far cry from the A&E we had visited and spent 6 hours in the night before. Please please, keep up the good work we need more hospitals like this. I know it's not easy, especially in the winter but your hard work and kindness is very appreciated.

Called 999 this morning for my son who was experiencing stroke-like symptoms ambulance arrived within 15 minutes. Tha paramedics were brilliant, thorough and reassuring. My son was seen immediately on arrival, had thorough examination and CT scan. Released as a virtual inpatient for monitoring until MRI can be arranged. Just brilliant, all staff were superb and reassuring. Thank you so much!

Had a day procedure today. Thank you to Hollie and the rest of the staff, you have been so caring and lovely to me and helpful. Your doing a fantastic job. Your run off your feet but always have time and good sense of humour with your patience. A big thank you again.

A big thank you to all staff who supported me yesterday during my stay in the Arthur South day unit. Everyone was friendly, explained everything clearly to me especially the anaesthetist. The op went well, resulting in me being to able come home rather than stay overnight. I thought the wards were very clean and being offered tea and toast was most welcome after fasting since the evening. I have always had the best treatment at this hospital and think thestaff are doing a tremendous job in a difficult financial climate.
