Your staff need to learn please and thank you and basic customer service, never going back in there, terrible, absolutely terrible manners
I tried to pick up my order today at 5:50pm but it was closed and when I called the store the lady told me to come back tomorrow because they were closed. That was the only time I had available and when I looked online at the closing time it said 6pm. I am disappointed with the service and treatment.
I went to make return. They refused me and they we can’t return online things here. Because it has been opened. How would I know that it is faulty without open it? Quite rude customer service. Such a rude staff there. Specially female staff. I never go there again in future.
Nightmare experience - noticed on my bank statement charged twice 2 X £150. 20p (11th sept purchase date). Went into store today (21st sept). Got the panic vibe from staff. Checks made/calls made. Then the question I knew was coming : "do you have your receipt". "No I do not, I have the transactions on my online banking": but this means nothing apparently. Top it off they could not find the sale on their systems. I could have just screamed. So I sent information to my bank. Let's see what happens. On the day of the purchase card reader battery was dead, this sent the lad serving into a panic (wide eyed bunny in car headlights time). Plenty of two and frow, between main card reader and till. I wish I had gone with gut feeling staff was out of his depth and manager not much better. If you run into tall lanky youth ask for another staff member or double check transaction AND DON'T FORGET..............KEEP YOUR RECEIPT.........it's the only piece of paper that shows the truth. Forget your bank account means nothing........well to a scamming retailer.
I had visited the JD store yesterday with my friend. We were looking for some nice T shirts.When I was searching for t-shirts, I saw two female staffs standing near me started laughing at me and Started commenting. It felt so bad and we left the shop immediately.
