At no point did I feel rushed or pressured—she took her time, and during the quieter moments of the search, she naturally filled the space with warm, friendly conversation. Her knowledge of holiday extras was excellent, and she provided clear, helpful information that left me feeling confident and fully informed. Lucy also supported me with foreign exchange, handling everything efficiently and professionally. Overall, the customer service was outstanding, but more importantly, Lucy made me feel valued—not just like another customer. A big thank you to Lucy for her time, care, and exceptional service.

Called into the Swansea Main Tui store on the off chance of a late summer deal and ended up walking away with an amazing summer 2025 holiday and put a deposit down on a Cardiff to Barbados 2026 holiday. The staff couldn’t be any more helpful and gave lots of tips and ideas on holidays and experiences. They were friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely took an interest in what I was asking for. It really made my booking experience next level. I felt as if the staff including the Manager Kirsty took an interest and the time to help a nervous buyer. I booked my first family holiday with Kelly! As a 21 year old I’ve only ever been on holiday with my mum and sister but now I’m going on my own with my little family as you can imagine I was terrified of picking the wrong hotel and sorting everything out by myself! I went in to see Kelly she made me feel welcome she showed me about 10 different holidays for me to choose from that she thought would be suitable for myself and my 3 year old daughter! In the end we choose Cyprus Paphos! Kelly went through everything with me and said if I need anything I know where she is she will help me! I feel really happy of the destination we have chosen and now the countdown is on! Kelly is absolutely amazing! Thank you Kelly for making me and my daughter so welcome and booking our first holiday x

Lovely warm welcome as soon as we walked in the store. Store was busy but offered an appointment. We shortly received a text to make our way back to store. Our advisor was Kelly.. She was fantastic! She really knew everything we wanted to know about Mexico! She could recommend great hotels with plenty to do! We won’t go anywhere else!
