   ⭐️ 1 star – Disrespectful and embarrassing behaviour I’m a regular customer at Costa Coffee in Milton Keynes Central and have been coming here for years as I work at the station. On my visit, the staff member named Nick spoke to me in a very rude and disrespectful way in front of everyone. I urgently needed to use the toilet before buying my coffee, but he loudly refused and embarrassed me in front of other customers. What made it worse is that he did not ask anyone else for a receipt, only me, which felt targeted and unfair. His attitude was arrogant, unprofessional, and completely unnecessary. This is not the level of customer service I expect from Costa. Very disappointing experience.

   Went in this morning with my daughter for a takeaway hot drink. Ava was very welcoming, informative and efficient. We left with a smile and happy with the customer service we were given. A great start to our journey.

   Sat in Costa and it was nice and quiet ( well it was 6.30am sat). The only problem is tables were dirty. There was enough staff to do drinks and clean up. I ordered millionaire shortbread and 2 latte. I alway find this place busy during the week but weekend it's like the staff have been told,relax take your time. Yesitmight look dirty but we can get to it sometime today

   It's fine, just like every other chain coffee place: the food's fine, the drinks are fine, the service is fine, and the prices are high but no higher than any other franchise.

   Very impolite woman at the coffee machine even in the morning at 9:30am! After she found out that I have already I’ve been commuting for 6y from this point to London and first time I saw such behaviour: ordered and just waiting to receive my cappuccino and was also notified by her other female colleague, she decided to fully ignore me, acted aggressively and almost throw the cappuccino on the table for me to collect! All without saying a simple ‘sorry’ despite my face with a smile showing the situation is just funny and not serious - this is surely not an employee I’d recruit

   A very pleasant experience. Clean, really friendly welcoming staff, felt a very local atmosphere with the welcome and service. Got a fruit cooler and millionaire shortbread, both of which were great.

   Very nice Costa Coffee located at the Train station so providing easy access to a coffee after or before you depart on a train. The place is run very efficiently and the staff work well together offering quick and fast service with some very good coffee. They do appear to know exactly what they are doing. There is seating available and whilst it can get crowded due to the location and time it isn’t too bad.
