   I can’t give one star because i have never had issues before in this store but was very disappointed today when i got two hot chocolates to take away, and i got given two lattes instead after looking forward to it all day. I didn’t feel the need to check in store before i took it away with me as when it was handed to me they said they were hot chocolates.

   This shop is absolutely ridiculous I ordered a latte and cappuccino both large When I got home I realised the latte didn’t have the syrup I wanted in and the cappuccino had half a cup which I am shocked about because I’ve never had a problem with this store before

   Wanted the toastie deal - no toasters. My latte looked and tasted like an instant coffee with a layer of milk across the top. My blueberry muffin was good. Will not be returning.

   I love going to this place but the cordiality of the service feels like a lottery - sometimes we meet the ones who are cordial, helpful and friendly. But sometimes we get the ones who give us a moody, unhelpful treatment.

   This was our first time in this branch of Costa today, a lovely coffe shop, very clean all through including the toilet. Very friendly staff, and a lovely lemon drizzle cake. If you go to Costa fairly regulary it is worth having a costa card or the app on your phone and using a re-useable cup as you get twice the amount of rewards.

   My friend and I decided to have a Costa coffee (Wellingborough Road) after our shopping trip this morning. As it was such a nice day we sat outside...so far...so good. Both the outside tables were leaning at a tilt but we sat down anyway. When the waitress brought out our drinks she made 5 or 6 attempts to straighten the table but to no avail. So we had to go inside. Surely Costa is wouldn't cost too much to get the tables sorted so people could use them: or........get new ones!
