   Was here at 8am on a Sunday morning and the doors were locked. Staff member stood behind counter saw us and others too. Lots of people outside waiting to order their coffee and they wouldn’t open despite door saying open at 7am

   I had the new Tiramisu Frappuccino! It was delicious although expensive at £7.15 for a Venti (Large). Only two staff seemed to be working. One chewing gum. And they couldn’t keep up with demand. And not once did they attend to the tables (see photos), which are probably the worst I’ve seen in a Starbucks.

   this starbucks was so cute! ☕ good for passers by on the a14. really handy for those staying in the travelodge across the road as well. it was nice and quiet, extremely empty! i got a cake pop which was super yummy and the staff were really friendly. i was going to try that new birthday drink but i’m not a fan of hazelnut if we are being honest.

   I walked in with my daughter 5 years old!wen to order not ether says hello!What you want she said! I ordered 2 brownies 2 hot chocolate! Not ether busy at all at the moment! They don’t ask if seating there or take away! I say we are seating here ! She still serves me in paper bags for take away i said again and the answer was yes at the end ! I said again for the hot chocolate they serve the first in plastic then I ask again a they drop it the first in cop no plates! Thanks

   It was my first time visiting this Starbucks and I love how quiet and welcoming it is to the other branches I’m familiar with. I ordered two Frappuccinos and they were amazing quality as always! In a nutshell: kind staff, fast service, clean and tidy table area. (Thank you so much for the birthday drink!)

   Nice place. Staff were quick and efficient The only downside was the fact that the toilet air-conditioning was set to antarctic, quickest visit ever. Thank god the restaurant part had the heat on

   Not welcoming and not interested in providing good service. Verging on passive aggressive. More interested in thinking it funny to spray sanitiser at each other. My wife picked up on this vibe and she wasn't even being served. Lucky we will never need to return.
