   I recently switched chemists from quays to this one in Briton ferry i struggle with mental health issues and haven't found many chemists that have the tools to be able to deal with people on the phone but this chemist are fab and tbh they delivered my prescription on a last minute call from me literally 20mins before it closed and I got my prescription last call .I was very happy with this service and the person who delivered it was lovely the only thing is why I didn't give a full 5stars is they dont do morning deliverys but other than that full marks

   I went with my son's prescription and the lady took the prescription and after half an hour she came back and said she couldn't give me the medicine because there was no date or doctor's stamp on the prescription. The prescription was issued by a pediatrician in the hospital. I had a stroke and the lady said in a rude voice that I had to go to my GP because it wasn't her job to deal with such formalities. The lady, named Luise, was very unpleasant.

   This is the very best Pharmacy/ Chemist in the whole of Neath & Port Talbot. All the other Pharmacys should watch & learn of this professional team. 15 min wait for 9 items. All customers served & dealt with within 15 mins. If they are out of stock 24 hours and it will be in. So the likes of 99% in Neath. Please good and see how to run an excellent Pharmacy. All the others in Neath. Tell you they are to busy & to come back in 3 days.

   Absolutely top drawer. I left my tablets at home in Norfolk but the staff here were brilliant. They very quickly got things sorted for me and provided me with some to see me through my stay in Wales. Incredibly professional and friendly. I could not ask for better service.

   Really hard to review because they don't even deserve a 1 star. As long as you realize that at this chemist your not a customer but an inconvenience or at best, someone whom they think needs them more than they need you, and your prepared to "put up" with their lack of care, it'll be for you! Me, I'd rather travel 100 miles out of my way than use this terrible service. Could and should be rated as the very worst possible. Might add this is at The Quays, Briton Ferry, SA11 2FP. Rated the worst possible service I have ever received. With every possible excuse under the sun.
