   Their closing times are a suggestion, I went there at 5:30 and was told I couldn't have my prescription as they were going out. Sign on the door said they close at 6 too. I wouldn't say anything if this was a supermarket or shop but a pharmacy to turn away someone wanting their prescription filled is abhorrent.

   Very bad customer service, I ask about the kid’s paracetamol chewable tablets they only had Calpol tablets on the shelf I wanted to buy the Nurofen tablets. She was looking at the adult Nurofen tablets not the kid shelf. So I said it’s normally on the bottom shelf. Because I have bought them before from the same shop. She said “ I now my shop “. I was very embarrassed, there were more customers on the queue as well. Very bad customer service experience. I wanted to just tell her to keep her product. But my kid had a bad stomach pain and I needed them. Definitely not going to that pharmacy again.

   Today I've had one of the best service experiences I've ever had. Whilst picking up a prescription I asked the Pharmacist (Mr Ajmol Ali) about a possible side effect of one of the medications I was taking. Not only did he explain the possible side effects clearly but then proceeded to take a history of my problem and give me a very thorough examination. He suggested a possible cause of the problem I was experiencing and prescribed a medicine he thought would help. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable but friendly and considerate in his manner. Whether or not the medicine sorts out the problem is secondary to the excellent service he provided. Thank you Mr Ali.

   Truly awful service here in the last year or so, my repeat prescription doesn't get reordered, when it is, the don't collect them from the doctor until the end of the day, when I queried this, I was rudely told that they have lots of customers, and that if it wasn't good enough for me I should order myself. Will be switching to another pharmacy asap. Also, they rarely have all my items in stock. Absolute clowns.

   Rude staff, prescription not ready again, blaming doctors for their inept service. Now gone to another chemist where hopefully the service and attitude of the staff will be better.

   I've been using this pharmacy for many years and the service used to be very good. In the last year or so the service has gone gown hill, prescriptions weren't ready or missing. The last two visits they've blamed the drs and sent me to the drs only to find out that Well had my prescription all along. The staff there currently are rude and not even vaguely helpful. Enough is enough and I've gone to another chemist.

   I've been using the repeat prescription service for a few years now and have never had a bad experience. The staff are always friendly and cheerful and happy to help. I'm only stopping the service because I'm moving away, if it was possible I would keep using it
