I suffer from extreme anxiety. Before it was taken over I was able to order my prescription by email but now I have to phone and it shoots my anxiety through the roof! Good service despite this, never had a problem

Again I would have given a zero review. The first pharmacy I went to were out of stock so recommended I came here, what a waste of time. They refused to give me the antibiotics because the dentist writing wasn't neat enough, however the first pharmacy didn't have this problem. I was told to ring dentist to confirm if it was liquid form or tablets they confirmed it was tablets but the pharmacy still refused to give them to me. I said would you like to speak to them yourself to confirm then, she said no I would have to go back to the dentist in swansea to get a new prescription or see my GP ... absolutely ridiculous seeing as I had just put my mum back to bed after having a tooth extraction. Anyway drove to well pharmacy in neath who took one look at the prescription and gave me the tablets straight away, no questions asked I couldn't believe it. I will never use knights pharmacy again and will be going straight to well pharmacy which is absolutely fantastic .

The pharmacy is terrible. My prescription was sent here and I was then told it would take an additional 5 days to fulfil. I explained I needed it however was told in no uncertain terms that it was my fault I has left it too late. Fortuntately, the Well pharmacy over the high st is more than accommodating and the staff are so much more pleasant to deal with. Sorry Knights, I know you took this pharmacy over recently but you really need to sort it out.

The pharmacist here went above and beyond to help when I recently visited with my young daughter who appeared to have an eye infection. She was both knowledgeable and professional yet calming and reassuring at the same time. All staff were polite and helpful and I shall certainly be returning here when I next need non-urgent medical advice.

Utter Chaos. The staff are friendly enough but the organisation is absolute lunacy. You can be waiting for more than a hour for a prescription they have had for a few days. They can then announce no more prescriptions can be done at any time they feel the need.

Only got one star because I couldn't put no stars. Worst pharmacy I have ever been to. Every time I go there the queue is out the door and when you eventually get to the counter my prescription is never ready. I always leave it at least a week between putting it in the GP surgery and collecting it they always have so.e sort of excuse as to why its not ready usually yrying yo blame the surgery or myself for coming too early. This latest time it was pit in over two weeks ago my wife went to collect last Saturday it wasn't ready they said the gp had not sent it she went to surgery who said they had but would send another one over straight away as an emergency as I was running out of tablets and it would be ready to collect from pharmacy on Wednesday latest. I left it till Friday only to be told it wouldn't be ready until Monday I explained I had no tablets left and was going away at 4 for the weekend she said if I call back after 5 they would try and get it ready. So I now have to go without tablets all weekend until hopefully it will be ready unless they have another excuse. An absolute shambles no concern about people's health needs at all.

Ear infection will solve itself by the time I got served. Don’t use this pharmacy if you can help it, unless you want to catch a cold in the queue which is half way up the street!

Well by Jesus it’s gone down hill since Nathan and the lovely counter woman have gone. In the que for over 20 mins, then shouted it’s a 45 min wait. 45 min!!!!! No other pharmacy is like this. Older lady on the till was slow and miserable. No help for anyone. Bring back Nathan!!!!
