   (Some) staff here are dishusting humans. never have I ever been so disrespected in my whole life! when I was asking Cerys who works there why they keep telling me they have my medication then when I come to collect they don’t have it. she smirked and said your guess is as good as mine. Bear in mind this isn’t the first time I’ve had issues in fact in the past year I don’t think I’ve collected a prescription without disrespect from staff or actually having my medication without issues even though I complete all the correct amount of time and forms. THEY ARE A JOKE. the fact I’ve been made to go without medication for mental health multiplie times due to their inability to be organised is terrible. Last two times I’ve been there I’ve left crying due to anxiety from the frustration. I’d much rather take the bus into Neath and go somewhere else. more inconvenient but saves me a panic attack every month I know my script is due. It’s funny how they have shortages or manufacturing issues with medication for depression or adhd but not for physical things. Just because it’s not physical doesn’t mean it’s not essential.

   After having a bad visit a few months ago, the last few times I've been all the staff have been very welcoming and help you if they can. The service has improved immensely. Very good.

   Absolutely nightmare of a service. Very rude staff and very unhelpful. Staff just talking to each other and not helping patients who were waiting long times just to be seen.

   Opening at 2.08pm is unacceptable! If they didn't close for lunch until 1.10 pm, they can't expect customers , many elderly to wait while they got their full hour. No other workplaces operate on this system .Dealt with quickly once they did finally open
