   Polite staff... when you get to speak to one of them. Service is incredibly slow and I was left waiting ages, a long queue developed. My prescription was eventually taken but given back to me two minutes later because they didn't have it stocked and would need to be ordered in. As I don't live anywhere near the pharmacy, I had to take it my local one to get the treatment there.

   Ridicules pharmacy told us 5 min wait to see the pharmacist and keep my 4year old daughter waiting over 30min, a drugie turns up and they were in and out with minutes. So we left without being seen went to boots morfa and we were literally 2 minutes from walking in to walking out and being seen

   Was told my daughters prescription milk would be delivered to their pharmacy Tuesday mid-day went in this morning, Wednesday to be told the milk wasn’t there and should be there by 4pm, I explained I didn’t have enough for the day for my baby to be told by the pharmacist nothing they could do, they made no effort to even suggest anything I could use or find any where else that might have the milk in stock, Truly awful showed no care that my baby would go hungry due to them clearly not ordering the milk in. Horrendous.

   If I could leave no stars it would be more fitting for this service. Staff are rude, with one in particular who consistently looks miserable who refuses to greet or initiate conversation, instead just stands in front of the customer blankly waiting for them to initiate. Staff don't communicate with each other and there appears to be uncomfortable atmosphere. Staff keep advising the Drs haven't sent over prescription, however the policy is that they collect it from the Drs surgery, which remains an ongoing saga between surgery and pharmacy. Waiting times are appalling and have had to leave to go to work before collection, therefore no medication for that day. Kevin Thomas is the next closest and by far a much better service.

   Samantha is a diamond, she went over and above her duty to sort my prescription out with the surgery. Shame the Surgery isn't as accommodating!

   Absolutely disgusting service, staff not helpful at all and are not even bothering to collect prescriptions from the doctors next door. Will not go to this chemist again due to disgraceful service

   There is a queuing system & they are doing their best. They operate on a one person in the store at any time, however there is a lady who comes outside to those queuing to take prescriptions & names of those who are just collecting medication in order to get them ready faster. The lady then brings out prescriptions & hands them to you. If you do need to go into the pharmacy then its only one person allowed inside. I queued for approx 20mins. Please note that there are new opening & closing times, they open 9- 12 they close 12-2 and open then 2-5
