   Oh my God, I hardly leave reviews but I will for this pharmacy. They are the nicest professionals I have encountered ever since coming into swansea. Its hard settling into a new place, but i always feel welcome here. The Pharmacist is such a wonderful and patient man. The staff are so welcoming and nice. I love this place so much and would give 10 stars if possible!!! Always attend to me and actually listen to what I have to say. Wonderful place, I highly recommend.

   Hafod chemist. My painkillers out of stock and no replacement sent. I waited 2 days then started ring on Thursday at 2 pm. By Friday 2.30 pm still no reply. When I went over there the wait my meds were still out of stock but could give me a generic alternative. I told her about the problem with the phone and the dark haired girl said there’s nothing wrong with the phones they’ve been winging all day. When I dialled the number out she said the phone is switched off. When I tried to complain further she said you’ve got your meds 0 out of 5 for customer service. How do you run a business with no phone

   I usually wait about 3 or 4 days for my delivery..... But I phoned yesterday spoke to a nice gentleman.... They picked up my prescription and delivered it same day Thankyou

   They are let me down few times. I went pick up my medication they are treated me badly. Today I went to pick up my wife prescription to my GP they said my wife prescription sent to Hafod chemist then I went to chemist they told me don’t come our chemist anymore you won’t be served. I believe I am Asian that’s why they treated my like that. when white customers go to pharmacy they treat them nicely. I am really disappointed I won’t recommend any body use Hafod chemist

   Extremely rude staff they need to go on a course for customer service and satisfaction. Never answer the phone always takes ages to answer, and when they decide to answer its always your fault when they haven't done their job properly. Go to Lloyd's pharmacy so much more customer focused.

   Have used Kevin, in the hafod chemist for over 20years with my mum and dad using before me. Have found Kevin the pharmasist to be first rate and the girls are always chatty helpful and experienced. Faultless.

   Ive used (tried to use) this shop on 2 occasions, the first time I went there at lunchtime, I asked if I could leave my prescription on the counter and collect it later but was told that I needed to come back after lunch. The second occasion the door was locked and I needed to ring a bell, I was greeted by an assistant that was wearing a face mask she opened the door slightly and asked me what I wanted, not very a welcoming atmosphere
