They kept us updated and we had a complicated sale due to a trust fund and no conveyancers knew how to deal with it. But, we had previously used IM so decided to go with them again. Sarah Coyne was amazing, I was always hassling her with queries and such and she always got back to me and explained things clearly, she was polite, quick at turning things around and just a generally good person to have on your side.
