   I cannot recommend Stevensdrake solicitors highly enough! Sarah and Rossina dealt with our purchase of a buy to let property which was delayed multiple times owing to vendor issues with floor plans and work permissions. Sarah's attention to detail on this was second to none with.. We really felt Sarah and Rossina were always acting in our very best interests which is reassuring to know! This is now our third such property transaction using Stevensdrake and each time the service has been fantastic. Please do not waste your time with anyone else, these are the best! We cannot thank them enough.

   Promised to protect us. We have never felt more exposed in our lives. Screamed abuse when challenged. Fraudulent accusations to innocent grieving relatives. LeO asked the SRA to investigate as they could not believe what they were seeing. "The worst case we have ever seen" Court proceedings against unhappy customers for increased costs. Notorious case online; Hunt v Stevensdrake exposing overbilling, low quality work & dishonourable behaviour. Unkind & complicit employees. Avoid.

   I used Sarah at Stevens Drake for the sale and purchase on my house move this summer. The whole process was very easy from my initial contact with Sarah to completion. Throughout the process Sarah was always contactable by email and phone and replied to emails swiftly. There were a few hold ups in the process prior to completion caused by my buyers initially and then with the purchase of the property I was buying but Sarah dealt with it all perfectly and was able to reassure me and keep me informed of what was happening on a daily and sometimes hourly basis! I would definitely recommend Sarah and Stevens Drake if you want a reliable and competitive local solicitor who will endeavour to ensure as your move goes as smoothly as possible

   Incompetent, arrogant and rude staff. Several emails and voice messages left for Petra Harrowing regarding a simple administration number and she has not replied to any of them. Do not recommend using this company and will be reporting them to the FSA.
