I have to pass the other pharmacy and cross the road to get to Gowerton pharmacy, but oh the service is so much worth the effort. I've found at the OTHER pharmacy the staff attitude is they are doing you a favour and finish their little chat before you're deemed worthy of attention. Plus a robot dispenser so I can pick my prescription up out of hours. A great timesaver for all. Well done Gowerton Pharmacy. :-)
Very helpful to an English holidaymaker in distress! I arrived in the area to find I hadn't ordered one of my daily medications before leaving home. All the staff were very helpful and managed to sort everything out, despite being on a different system. Thank you very much for your help
Easily the best pharmacy I've been to, and I've been to a lot over the years. Medication order is always correct and the use of the 24/7 robot is even better.
I changed to this pharmacy from the day it opened I have a lot of medication I require each month and I have found the staff and the dispensing of the medication to be excellent with no mistakes as was a regular occurrence with the other pharmacy near by plus the staff are much friendlier and helpful. I would highly recommend this pharmacy especially with its 24 hr medicine dispenser.
