All food cooked to order and just delicious. Ample parking & indoor and outdoor seating areas. Totally a little hidden gem and worthy of a visit , we're sure to return!

Awful experience, arrived at 4pm, they close at 5pm, sign said 'wait to be seated' so we did and were completely ignored, cafe wasn't busy. We asked at counter what the order process was, her and the girl to the right couldn't have been more ignorant. We asked for warm food and after checking we were told kitchen was closed, no sign. We ordered coffee and cake, once we'd seated they proceeded to get the hoover out. They clearly didn't want any customers regardless of the fact they had an hour to go. I completely understand it may have been a long and busy day, but to make your customers feel unwelcome and do your best to put them off is unacceptable customer service. Won't be returning, not even to the garden center, won't be recommending.

This is so much more than a coffee shop. It caters for every possible taste. From coffee and cake, to sandwiches, toasties and light bites, to wonderful lunches and specials. It's abundantly clear that the chef/cook and kitchen staff really know their stuff. The quality of ingredients are top notch, the menu is varied and interesting, the staff are friendly and welcoming and the cafe itself is immaculately clean. This establishment is absolutely faultless and my thanks go to everyone at The Willows for operating such a fantastic eatery.

After seeing it was very busy, I was a little worried, but as soon as I was greeted those worrys disappeared. The waitress was very accommodating with my disability and went above and beyond to make sure I was able to access seating and asking very professionally if there was anything else she could do to support me. So a very big thank you Evan (I think, sorry terrible with names) for making my first experience so welcoming. Food was great even with the busy atmosphere did not take long to prepare with no issues. I will definitely be back, thank you.

Lovely setting but quality of the food, drink and service was poor given the higher price. The cakes did look good though. My main complaint is the coffee. Which was VERY poor. Working as a barista for 3 years, one year spent in Melbourne, I have to say the coffee was one of the worst tasting coffee I've had here. The Americano had no crema and was virtually dishwater. For a smaller size of £2.65 I was very disappointed. The cooked breakfast was average with the mushrooms being the cheap white variety which were very greasy. The breakfast was average. The sausage was fairly pleasant. The service was particulary poor. Unfortunately there were two very young cafe members who provided no service and were very timid. Notably plonking the food down with no interaction with the customer. The environment feels a little cheap, notably the quality of the tables and the crockery. Similarly, it can be noisey as the seating area is small for the number of tables. In short, this is a 'Builders cafe' masquaring as a farm shop cafe. The little garden centre is cute and the ducks are amusing. Would not eat here again.
