   I used to use won ops regularly when I was a miscreant. Then they helped me with a back injury claim. I called this time on behalf of my friend who needs legal advice to see his kids and they're would be a two week wait that's the only reason for 4 star. Generally though they are the best around.

   I cannot recommend wannops enough after using them for my sale and purchase. Laura, Yasmin and Vanessa dealt with our buyers awkward solicitor so well and completely exceeded our expectations of how the conveyancing would go. We couldn't be more impressed and worth every penny!

   Sadly my antie passed away un 2021 in the summer time it's took over 7 months to deal with all issues regarding my antie who was 95 years old. The staff were not very clear and charges accured very quickly. Not very pleasant to deal with at a time of sadness. Many phone calls ended in tears. Will be glad when it's all over and dealt with professionally.

   Antiquated, provincial and slow. They do not have the facility to complete ID checks online like contemporary solicitors. This outfit is very focused on good old fashioned paper and post. They failed to understand a relatively simple case. When solicitor 1 realised the detail, it was passed to another solicitor.. After 3 weeks from initial instruction, a letter was finally sent. It transpired that solicitor 2 had also misunderstood the case. After a complaint was raised about the glacial pace, they threw a hissy and dropped the case. I feel comfortable posting this review here because I very much doubt they would know where “online” is.
