Mitch behind the bar welcomed us with open arms. We work away a lot and it was like being welcomed into my own local. We are 200miles away from home and we appreciate feeling of being at home. Thanks Grafton
Popped in for a drink. Staff were polite and welcoming. Locals were friendly. Outside covered smoking area. Lots of screens for sports.

Stopped over in the Grafton whilst waiting on train at Bedford Station. Pleasant pub, staff were very welcoming. Definitely a local type pub, not a huge amount of character but people were fairly friendly. Good selection of drinks and would certainly go back.
Great pub. No one ask u 4 a id. Ha ha I am 40 . Go there and u not going to be disappointed. Many tax to a staff members .

Lovely staff who are welcoming and happy to have a chat makes this a pleasant pub. It does feel a little ‘enclosed’ given all the windows are at the front and there’s not a lot of natural light in much of the pub, but fortunately it’s kept clean with lots of nice seating so you don’t really notice. Everywhere has been clean on my visits, the prices reasonable, and it’s a comfortable place to watch sport on the plentiful screens throughout; I’ll certainly be back.
