Not going to leave a negative review as no service was provided to judge, travelled from Macclesfield to get my leather shoes repaired, to be told he doesn't do sewing on leather shoes and to go Timpsons. No wonder independents are going bust.
Had some keys cut and boots re-heeled recently. Amazing quality on both - boots are as good as new. Super quick and friendly service - and so reasonably priced! Very happy on all counts...
I have been using this shop for years, the quality of the work is top class, they sell a huge range of polishes, shoe horns, laces etc and cut all sorts of keys. The shop is packed with goods and smells of leather and glue, it's an interesting place to visit. I have just taken some leather shoes to have the heel secured as it felt loose and the previous time I visited, when I needed laces for my trainers, the gentleman knew exactly what length I needed just by looking at them, a wealth of knowledge and experience. Excellent service thank you.
I got a Ford car key cut, as ours was getting very worn. Absolutely fantastic service, key works perfectly, good value. Fast and efficient service.
Great service, took in 2 pairs of shoes to be mended, which other stores had said could not fix/not worth doing. He was very helpful, sorted out both within a few days and very reasonable price. Saved my favourite pair of boots!

Overwhelmed with the fantastic quality! Like walking out with a new pair of shoes. I went in to resoul and heel some leather shoes and was very impressed, very reasonably priced and the service was above and beyond
Absolutely brilliant, the soles he put on my shoes are far better than the originals. They look great and I don't slip over now. The first time I went there I couldn't believe the price it was really good value. He's helpful, a little bit disorganised but brilliant. I've had keys cut there as well, super fast.
