   Well after reading the reviews, mainly the negative reviews. When I went in to cost the price of a watch battery replacement and to have it fitted. I was expecting to pay about £20. I was more than pleasantly surprised when I was quoted £5 to have it done. I'm happy to say my watch was sorted within 5 mins. Great service. One happy customer will definitely be using them again.

   Ordered dog tag. Where is the chain I said , to which he replied, you don't need a chain for a dog. No it's for me, like a soldier would wear. It's good to have a laugh. He has engraved it with personal details. Good shop with very reasonable prices

   Dropped in to buy a leather strap for a vintage watch bought at auction, in and out quickly, lovely good quality strap for £20, fitted with spring bars, great service, even threw in some free advice for a budding hobbyist. Would recommend.

   Car not working, key snapped, immobiliser causing problems. This shop did what the local garage, nor a main dealer could do, which was think about the issue and come up with a creative way of solving it. I ended up with 2 working keys with remote fobs, and very, very pleased with the service I received from this local shop, all in about 45 minutes from start to finish. Can't recommend highly enough.

   We had major problems trying to get replacement keys for our van. Found this little Gem in Leek Town. What a find. The guy couldn't have been more helpful. He pre ordered the key blanks that were required for the job. Then it was a simple trip into town and he had it all sorted keys programmed and job complete in the hour very good value too.    Excellent service.... lovely, helpful chap. He replaced the blade on my car key whilst I waited for just a few minutes. He is also very reasonably priced. Lots of other services such as shoe repairs, trophies and engraving amd also sells a variety of products. Would highly recommend.
