Great service !! I didn’t know what to order and the bartender- Mickey proposed some drinks which were abs perfect! Will def re-visit!!
Booked some tables here for a birthday on Saturday night. We were a group of 25 people. Deposit of £150 paid. Turned up Saturday to find it closed. No call to let us know or email. Business still showing as open on all social media platforms. Disappointing to say the least. No response from anyone despite leaving messages on their phone service.
Went there Saturday 4th of February a group for a retirement it was awfull only 2 men serving the worst thing the glasses where really dirty they still had lipstick on them had to ask to change glass and l wasn't the only one with covid still around it's quite a worry.

Booked a table for 8pm for drinks. We rushed out of the restaurant we had been in where we had a table for food, to ensure we arrived here on time. Only to find out that the bar was closing because of staff shortages. We weren’t even allowed to buy one drink. We had no prior warning of this closure despite booking and them therefore having our contact details. No mention was made when we walked in that the bar was closing. Overall pretty disappointing! Luckily we found a table at bar Americano around the corner and had a fabulous night here.
Sure it's a really nice place, it was just totally absent of any atmosphere. Toilets weren't in great shape either which is all the more disappointing given it was so quiet.
WISH I'D READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE BOOKING! My daughter booked this venue for her Hen Party on Sat 21st June 2022. She paid an upfront deposit of £150! Was told on booking that the money would be refunded on the night! We had a really nice evening and everyone enjoyed, until that was at the end of the night my daughter asked for her deposit back! Now to be told it should have been spent at the bar on drinks, keeping in mind there were 30 odd of us there and most rounds coming to £60/70. If we had been told this at the beginning of the night, the rounds could have been taken off the deposit and the cash given to my daughter! The stand in bar manager was telling us she could only give us alcohol and not the cash, upon trying to contact the manager, my daughter had a disgusting text back and even saying she had never said about giving it back! TOTALLY DISGUSTED WITH THE SERVICE WE RECEIVED AND WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN AND WOULD ADVISE ANYONE NOT TO BOTHER GOING THERE!
Waited for 40 minutes without a waiter/waitress coming over, spoke to staff and both bouncers(at separate times) who each asked different members of serving staff to serve us yet still did not get served. I understand that you are busy and this is an unusual time with opening up after corona, however if you are open and are accepting people then I would expect you to atleast come over and take our order (considering that bar service is not an option). Special thanks to both bouncers who were calm and assuring initially and then apologetic when we left nearly an hour later having had no sign of even an order of a drink.
