   I had a surgical extraction today with Dr Meenal Karania. I was referred through NHS for this procedure and it was a pleasure to be her patient today. I was very anxious and scared originally, the doctor explained everything to me and was very caring and compassionate. Thank you! I would highly recommend this practice, everyone was friendly and I felt at ease.

   Treatment was very good. Sadly 15 minutes late going in due to someone with emergency treatment. I was having a deep filling with minor polishing to a sharp tooth and billed £280 for 90 minutes but was out in 60 minutes. Cannot fault the treatment just the charges.

   I was very worried & nervous about going for my appointment. As soon as I got in the room Natalia & Melanie put me at ease. Everything was very thorough & explained properly to me plus a dental plan was drawn up for me. I left the dentist feeling like a great weight had been lifted from my shoulders. Thank you

   My wife who is a wheelchair user and can only use the down stair rooms, was told that she could not be treated as there was no room available. We had a round trip of over 40 miles and should have received some compensation, the practice would have charged us if my wife had missed her appointment. The practice could have contacted us before we travelled. She now has to wait until February for the work to be done. I was able to persuade Ricado that he could do my inspection instead therefore partly saving some of his time.

   Hi. I’ve booked a consultation for my mum. I’ve told the lady at the reception, that I am taking on behalf of her as she doesn’t speak English. We’ve paid a 100 pounds, just to be told that it’s going to be better for us to book an appointment with Polish dentist. There is no information on a website that you need an English person/ interpreter with you. Also lady at the reception before she took 100 pounds could of tell us that they can’t help because of my mum lack of English . It’s out of order! That’s not how you should treat foreign people. You don’t make money on someone just because they don’t speak English! From my side I’ve done everything correctly. I’ve informed the lady at the reception. I’ve checked the website. There was no info!
