   **“I previously gave them 5 stars, but unfortunately I’m lowering it to 3. It simply did not meet my expectations, and that’s all I can really say. I’m disappointed. Unfortunately, it did not meet our expectations. The fee we paid for thinning the lenses was clear, yet we ended up with glasses as thick as the bottom of a Coca-Cola glass bottle. At first, they might seem fine, but as someone who has been wearing glasses for years, I can say they are extremely thick. I really didn’t like them, and I’m not satisfied at all. They told us things like ‘there’s a 3-month guarantee’ and even said that if you pay more, they could make the lenses 50% thinner. Honestly, the options were very limited, especially for the frames. And another thing—while you’re talking, everyone can hear you. There are no separate, private consultation areas, which is not nice at all. To be honest, you pay that much money and end up with glasses as thick as the bottom of a Coca-Cola glass bottle. I’m not satisfied, and I don’t recommend this place. I don’t think we will be going back again.”**

   I had rimless glasses for approximately 18 months but had nothing but problems with them. Aesthetically lovely but not practical. However, I contacted customer service who forwarded my problem to the relevant shop and I went in to see them. The manager was the epitome of customer service and agreed to replace my glasses with another of my choice. I was thrilled and now await delivery of my new glasses.
