Had a fantastic 4 day stay at this lovely B&B, the room was clean, bath & shower both a pleasure to use, breakfast excellent. Hickling is a quiet village with no light pollution, two very nice pubs that make you feel welcome. For nature lovers there’s Hickling NWT Reserve, seals at Horsey Gap, and the other broads in easy reach. A very enjoyable stay, well recommended.

A charming bed and breakfast with very friendly hosts who make lovely breakfasts. The TVs in each room were a bit dodgy, but otherwise the rooms are very thoughtfully stocked with all the amenities you could otherwise need for a holiday in any season.

Stayed here for three nights with my son & daughter-in-law plus a grandson for two nights. Lyn & Ian couldn't do enough for us! We were there for a wedding in Waxham Barn. The rooms are delightfully furnished and the breakfasts divine with a great choice. Lovely garden to relax in as well! 11 out of 10 for this lovely venue!

Fabulous place and hosts. Highly recommended accommodation in the heart of Norfolk and ideally located for both inland and coastal towns. Breakfast was terrific and a great choice too. The garden area was great in the hot sunshine and our boathouse room was lovely and comfortable

Friendly and helpful. Clean accommodation. Lovely breakfast. Definitely recommend. Lovely pub in village, The Greyhound Inn, but would recommend booking if eating though. Having a car is a must.

Lyn and Ian were very welcoming. The family room was well presented, clean and spacious. The breakfasts were fantastic especially the full English, and nothing was too much trouble in catering for our two young girls.
