   Hadn't heard of Protech until Bosch told me they were an approved supplier. I was wary as their pricing was competitive compared to the massive online retailers. The dishwasher arrived and was fitted before the estimated date. I was then concerned when I noticed a minor issue. I shouldn't have been, despite being fully booked for the day they managed to get back to me inside of 6 hours. Not only was the problem solved but they also unexpectedly fixed another issue. I will definitely use them for our next appliances and recommend them to anyone else. Thank you, especially to Steve.

   Excellent friendly service. We went in to look for a new oven, the lady in the shop was very knowledgeable and able to answer our questions. We purchased the oven we wanted for a reasonable price (£10 cheaper than anywhere online) it was delivered the very next day and they took away our old one. Very impressed all around would definitely recommend to anyone.
