Quick to take money from you, poor after sales. My elderly father purchased a washing machine at the end of last year, the machine didn't appear to be fully emptying at times, with odd dregs of water remaining at the bottom of the drum, however got to the point around a week ago where if you ran the kitchen tap the water would fill the washing machine straight up. Went in to speak to them and was sent away with a contact number for the manufacturer. The manufacturer were fantastic, sent out an engineer the following morning and it turns out the waste pipe was poorly fitted so not draining properly and was gradually getting worse - a waste pipe that SAC fitted... When on the phone with the manufacturer my father was informed that if the problem was not with the washing machine, the call out/work would be £180, thankfully, despite it not being a washing machine fault the engineer after discussing with the manufacturer decided that £180 was quite unacceptable for a mistake made by those providing installation. In short, this company almost cost my father almost £200 for lack of basic after sales customer service. Would not use this place again if it was the last appliance shop in Staffordshire.
Bought a washer just before Christmas , there was a little hiccup with the installation.....soon sorted by Darren who arranged for Sean (plumber ) to come and he did a great job. Will definitely shop here again as so efficient, friendly and helpful.
Saw a A graded tall freezer on there website. Saving £200 and also free delivery. Went in store made the purchase. It was delivered the next day free. The old freezer taken away for a small charge. The in store staff and delivery men were polite and efficient. Also got a five percent off voucher for the future. Excellent service. Will use again.
Great place with large variety of used and new appliances. Friendly service. Wish we had one closer to us in the south but arrange a day trip around our visit.

Cracking place. Loads of stock. Very helpful, even when I was pontificating. Prompt delivery, their app to track the delivery is superb. Two lads delivered the appliance, took the old one away and also got rid of the packaging for me. Would definitely recommend and no doubt use them again.
Brought a gas cooker-Belling refurbished. All worked fine except the wok hob. As in London local engineer was sent out from but could not fix it. Darren went out of his way, Definitely the extra mile(s) to sort it out with new parts. Fantastic service thanks to Darren- Will recommend to all !
Bought a Refurbished Belling Kensington 90Ei 90cm Electric Induction Range Cooker - Red & Chrome. Was a great price and in good condition for the grade rating. Hadn't been used before as oven had a new smell when first switched on. Delivery was prompt and driver was great bringing up to the back door on his pallet truck. Unfortunately there was an issue with the new induction hob not working intermittently. However Staffs Appliance Centre customer service was great and they sent an engineer out within a few days. He found the issue and replaced the top rather than trying to fix. A great experience despite the bump but for the price saving over a new cooker would definitely use them again.
