Great service from Trade counter. Very slow service from at collection point. Have to ring 4 times before any attention.
We wanted shower board to use instead of tiles in our new wet room. What a choice and no pressure from sales people just help and advice. Well done guys. There are a large selection of finishes to choose from. Brochure to take away with a price list is really helpful.

Honestly cannot rave enough about the incredible services and staff at IDS. From the counter to the delivery driver, the staff here listen, care, and have given some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. A special shout out to Andy on the trade counter for his exceptional people skills. 10/10 from me, thanks IDS!
Went looking for a new floor laminate and ended up buying a different floor covering. Staff were helpful but busy. On the whole a productive day.
I called into the trade counter , open to non trade personnel also,and received a warm welcome and spoke to the staff who displayed a vast amount of knowledge, I would definitely call in there again

Be aware! Personally after today I won't ever buy from there again. I bought a few shower boards a few days ago and some trim to Finnish it off. Anyway I had a trim too much so popped it back today to get a refund, to be told you do realise there's a 40% charge on returns! Never in my life have i heard of that, to which the lady replied well its on your receipt. Firstly I was never told this when I bought the goods a few days ago and I got the receipt after I purchased the goods. (So how is that fair)? The receipt is bigger than A4 and full of terms & conditions jargon on the back in tiny writing! I doubt many people read it to be honest. Surely this practice isn't right? u loose 40% on all returns! I wouldn't recommend buying from here, and I won't ever again.
Appalling customer service. The 2 members of staff in the showroom acknowledged our arrival then completely ignored us. They didn’t welcome us or offer to help at any stage. We asked a question which was answered in a very negative manner and we were sarcastically pointed in the direction of a booklet to look through. When we asked if we could have some help one member of staff answered “yes” without looking up from his computer screen and continued to do whatever he was doing. We left at this point. I think this was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The staff clearly couldn’t be bothered to deal with us.
