Recently moved to Buxton and needed a new washing machine & fridge. We went in on Friday and had a very helpful and informative chat with one of the shop assistants who helped us work out what we wanted! We then arranged for delivery on Tuesday morning which was very quick, efficient and both the lads were very polite! Additionally, once you factored in cost of delivery and installation, Curry's proved to be more expensive - so very competitively priced as well as great service! Could not recommend more!
My washing machine which I bought on Saturday was delivered Monday and was installed and working by 10am with the old machine taken away. Excellent customer service both by the shop and the two chaps who delivers installed and removed old machine. Much better than ordering on line.
A quaint and friendly shop. They did not have what I wanted, but we're very helpful in directing me, a stranger in town, to where I might find alternative sources.

This deceptively small shop is a veritable Aladdin's cave of electrical goods. It is a family business and the staff are helpful, personable and show a lot of expertise in their field. I have bought smaller items but recently bought a Bosch washer. The service was quick and efficient. The new washer was plumbed in free of charge and the old one was taken away, also at no cost. Everything was done in a cheerful manner. I think we should support small businesses for the personal service they offer. They also help to keep the centres of small towns alive.
