   The staff in store are helpful and professional. The problems start when you try to get the items delivered. Out of the three items, one went to the wrong address, one is lost and one is about to be cancelled tomorrow. To cancel due to delivery issues, you have to go all the way to the store where you purchased the item. I think the staff in store are already aware of the problem of customers not receiving items. Today I was lucky that the man who was given the wrong item, did notice that the address on the package was a 5 min walk away and he was kind enough to deliver my item to me. If you try to call 0344 561 0000 for help, you just get a call centre in India; there isn't anything that they can do. If you call other helplines, Currys just give you automated replies. Frankly, it is not worth the hassle. AVOID Currys in future.

   Popped in to try a MacBook, got met with a dirty look instead of basic customer service. If using the demo models is a problem, best take them off display. One star.

   Bought a washing machine, a mobile phone and earbuds from here. The selection is good and even if they don't have stock, you could easily order something to the store if you find it online. The staff are good, have dealt with the purchase and process fairly quickly and didn't have to wait much. Would recommend if you like browsing a physical store before you make your purchases.

   had a fantastic experience at Currys ( Macclesfield) thanks to Jason, who was absolutely amazing! He went above and beyond to help solve a problem I’d been struggling with, and his knowledge, patience, and friendly attitude made all the difference. It’s rare to find staff who genuinely care and take the time to listen, but Jason was incredibly helpful and efficient from start to finish. A true asset to the team , thank you again! Highly recommend Currys, especially if you’re lucky enough to be served by Jason.

   I normally don't write reviews but in this case I feel that the person who 1st served me Steve is a great ambassador for Currys PC world, I came into the branch with an issue with my son Broadband lagging via WiFi even though we have 300mb , I explained that I had a WiFi extender and it kept dropping out , Steve explained why it was dropped out and recommended an alternative option to solve this issue we had ,I brought what Was recommended and now my son is really happy that the broad is not dropping out and can play on his Xbox with our any issues thanyou

   Not even a 1 star, the guy in store luke was great and helpful but was promised and paid extra for a delivery today, not arrived even though I had a text, customer services tell me have to go back to store for a refund !!!

   In an effort to avoid Amazon as much as possible, we try to come here for all of our tech. Their collection service is pretty good, although you feel somewhat antisocial for opening your boot when they approach. They are however respectable with your car and will close the boot afterwards. Whilst they do have good customer service, and are always on hand to help you, sometimes we go in and are asked 2-3 times if we need any help by different employees. Gets a bit too much sometimes. Their stock definitely needs improving. It'd be nice to walk in there and get what we want, but more often than not empty shelves are on display. Plenty of free parking right outside which is good.
