   We recently purchased a Belling range cooker. Staff at Longton branch were very helpful and found the best price for us. Delivery guys were also great making sure everything went smoothly, with a great sense of humour along the way. Gas fitter again faultless. Even with a minor issue which was quickly resolved I have no hesitation in using Hylands again, there is something about being able to speak to a human in a store and not spend half your life on the phone with some robot! Well done everyone.

   We recently ordered washing machine and range cooker - Ben was excellent in giving advice and sorting installation etc as with the cooker we needed gas to be cut off as moving to induction. Installation for both was good and so handy to just pop in and ask questions. Would highly recommend.

   Top bunch of lads Went in for a fridge freezer. Paid for one delivered for free less than 24 hours later. Fair priced. Shop local. The big names couldn’t deliver for 10 days and wanted 30 quid on top of the price

   Last Christmas my freezer packed up. Major panic! Everywhere closed except Hylands. Purchased a freezer over the phone and two gentlemen delivered it and installed it next day. Thankfully nothing food wise was lost. Really impressed with what they did for me. So on Sunday when the washing machine gave up the ghost, Hylands were first choice. Yet again, highly delighted. New machine purchased yesterday, installed this morning by two wonderful gentlemen who even gave it a first flush through and showed me how to use it. Fabulous customer service, a rare thing these days! Can’t recommend you more highly. Well done Hylands, and thank you.
