I waited over an hour for a taxi before giving up. They said the cab would be 10 mins. They kept promising it was on it's way when it wasn't.. They put the phone down on me once and then when they promised to call back they didn't. I was left over an hour in the baking sun with no shade. Never again.

If I could zero stars I would. Booked a cab 24hrs in advance for an airport run. Didn’t arrive! Called it after 20 mins late and they said a further 20 mins! Worst service ever. Avoid!!
Booked a taxi in advance based on the reviews. It never turned up. Called the company to see where our taxi is and spent 15 minutes on hold. Missed our train and possibly our holliday. Shall be removing the number from the useful numbers list at the building I manage.
Had to pay £30 for a trip to worthing hospital that normally costs £17.

Over charged us £17 for a 5 minute drive and the meter was even saying £12. When asked he said we have to pay extra and didnt even lend a hand to help
