Richard was on hand from early in the morning of our wedding to drive one of our bridesmaids to the getting ready space, the groom and his best men to the venue, and then my Mum and me shortly after.    We can't thank Richard enough. Our train was unexpectedly cancelled mid-journey, and with two young kids in tow, we were beyond stressed about making our flight. After ringing several taxi companies, I came across Richard’s number, and thankfully, he immediately said he’d come and get us and do his best to get us to the airport in time. When he picked us up, Richard mentioned he had already been up since 4am and was done for the day, but he still came out to help us—an absolute gent! Richard was incredibly friendly, professional, and understanding of our situation. He truly went above and beyond, and honestly, we wouldn’t have made our flight without him. We’re so grateful for his kindness and dedication, and we’ll be recommending his services to anyone in need of a reliable, trustworthy taxi service.
