As it couldn’t be fixed that day without ordering a part, we opted for a new oven to be installed and our old oven was taken away: Christmas was saved!    Excellent service from start to finish when having a replacement integrated dishwasher fitted. Karl particularly couldn't have been more helpful or friendly. The 'all-in' price (purchase, delivery, install and old machine removal) was also competitive. Highly recommended!

   Called to have washing machine looked at as it had broken down. Told might be next week so I went in the shop looking to buy a new one. Guy in the shop told me to wait and see if it could be fixed and if not the £40 call out would be knocked off new one. Actually called later and came out first thing this morning(next day) As I suspected it was finished,technician showed me why and it clearly was. Just delivered and fitted my new washing machine and as promised deducted £40 fee. Great service dead straight dead honest. Highly recommend.

   Best service ever. We ordered a washing machine and paid for it at just before 10am. Machine was delivered before noon and the engineer started to fit immediately. I defy anyone to beat this for excellent service! Five stars is not enough for this amazing customer care! Thank you.

   I’ve used Paul Peter’s to fix my vacuum cleaner and iron in the past. On. It’s occasions the service was fast, reliable and good value for money. This time around my oven element had broken. After discussing with the very helpful staff I was advised that by the time I’d paid for a new part, VAT and fitting I may as well purchase a new oven. Given this was Xmas eve I was sceptical to whether to proceed but the staff reassured me that a new oven could arrive not only the same day but within 30 mins to which they duly obligated. The van arrived within 30 mins of me leaving the store and the staff member fitted the oven and showed me how it worked.The staff are helpful, knowledgable and great value for money. A very trustworthy company, I will take all my electrical repairs & new purchases here from now on, highly recommended. Happy Xmas all, a great locally based company to rely on.

   Very disappointed because we wanted to support a local business. I rang 9 days ago for a washing machine repair. They took my details, said someone would get back to me with a date. 3 days later and no call, I decided to go into the shop, only to be told someone would get back to me within 7 days. Here we are and not even the common courtesy of a phone call to say they couldn't get out to repair. Very bad customer service. I understand if they are busy but they could have rung me to tell me that.

   Very satisfied with service from Paul Peters. Fridge/freezer order on Thursday: fitted, up and running by 10am Saturday. Also a broken part of another appliance which I was unaware of was replaced at no extra charge. Great service.

   Couldn't have been more helpful. Went in asking for advice for a new washer after my old one packed in, and after choosing one they were able to deliver and recycle my old one within 1 hour! Curry's by comparison said they would have the same washer available in 15 days. Would reccomend them as a local and friendly team.
