   I highly recommend the free evaluation service using 3D imaging. 2 years ago I was astounded at the resulting computer generated images. I invested in ‘foot balance custom insoles’ derived from the 3D imaging. They had an immediate effect on my stance and stature. Today I met Julie the manager of the Shrewsbury shop who remembered me. She is confident helpful and an active listener. A new 3D image and evaluation revealed my feet are in healthy shape. These insoles are effective when taylor made to fit your feet.

   Booked to have my right big toe checked due to inability bending to cut toe nails and suffering with B12 deficiency which caused toes crushing together, mainly big toes. So called podiatrist/butcher who attacked my left big toe aggressively with exceedingly large clippers since it was discovered to have fungus. Asked him to look at the right big toe and he just brushed me off and did nothing. Going now to see a reputable podiatrist .

   Would not recommend this company , Reception staff where excellent . Guy who treated my ingrown toe nail didn’t appreciate the pain I was in and basically got stuck in with no pain relief. Not polite at all and only cut a tiny bit of nail off 2 days later I’m getting pain in toe where nail is ingrown again.

   I went into the Shrewsbury branch to get comfortable shoes for work after suffering knee pain being on my feet for 9 hour shifts. The lady who served me was wonderful , nothing too much trouble despite it being close to closing time and came away with what have proved to be the most comfortable shoes ever. I then ordered another pair of different shoes on line as they didn’t have them in the store. I ordered them at 3pm and received them by 11am the next day , excellent service. Would highly recommend

   I used to have a painful corn on my little toe when I was a youngster. It's unaccountably come back, despite good shoes. Really thorough treatment today. Pleasant helpful staff.
