apparent this company took on far more bookings nye than they could possibly manage , leaving folk waiting in the freezing cold for cabs 45/60 mins late. Also when first booked oct and confirmation text received on checking days before no knowledge of booking . Driver was polite pleasant .
Charged us £22 to go from East Preston to Goring and we had to direct the driver ourselves. Absolute rip off, certainly won’t be using again. Made the return journey with Arrow for half the price.
Friendly service all round. Prompt and can track vehicle and it's description on near arrival.
We hired the mini bus for a trip to and from Worthing. The driver turned up right on time and got us to Worthing then was absolutely on time to pick just up much later from Worthing and bring us home. A great job well done!!
Really lovely service from John, who tried to help me with my car problem after he'd driven the school run when it wouldn't start. He also dropped a bag my daughter left in his car back to me which was much appreciated! Definitely the top taxi firm locally
I had a very worst experience with this salon on two occasions, the first time was last year when I went in for bulb short braids and I end up paying for rubbish that is completely different from what I wanted, also my friend speak to me and said it might be the person that I meet so u give it benefit of doubt and allow someone else this time was the worst, I deposited £150 on the day I went whichvi couldn't make my hair then because of the accident that happened that day, so when I go back to use my deposit to make hair I was pounched on my face with the complete rubbish I get... I am so disappointed and I was told my money can not be refunded before I went for tgat hair... I will advise if you are looking for a standout african braids, do not waste your time, money and energy... they are a joke, big shop bad service and expensive. I think £100 first time £150 second time wasted... I couldn't even open up to people because I feel so cheated... I took off the hair the 3rd day, it was so annoying. I am going to post this on every social media I could think off. So bad.
They always have a dog-friendly car available for me and my pup to go on adventures, great service :)
The receptionist and driver from Apollo (I think Hasam apologises if I’ve remembered it wrong, black Mercedes) restored my faith in humanity on an extremely stressful night. I messed them around with locations and they could have turned around and said no but they still came and helped me home. Hasam was very kind and calmed me during a very difficult personal time. I can’t thank them enough for being so patient, empathetic and accommodating.
Mo and John did a fantastic job of taking 6 of us to Goodwood Revival and back for 3 days. Always on-time, friendly and brilliant knowledge of all the shortcuts to make sure we got there as quickly as possible. Superb service. Highly recommended.
