My parcel is God knows where since 1 month ! No note in the mailbox, no email to let me know they apparently knocked on the door when no one was at the delivery address. No phone number available to call them when I realized the parcel was not delivered after a while. Eventually, on the website it appeared it was delivered but not to me !! What the heck???
