I ordered a part for my van which was incorrect on arrival even though it starts it’s the correct item on eBay. Dynamic parts are refusing to pay the returns postage and they have NO contact number. Very dodgey company with very poor customer service. Steer clear and order from a decent seller.
Sold me a door seal which was clearly too short for my van backed up with photo evedence. Rubbish customer service and down right rude. Avoid these jokers

Avoid at all cost . Bought trough eBay. Car part was faulty but it was 3 days after 30 days period . They accepted refund but then next day they find out it was 3 days after 30 day period so they cancelled it . Saying that manifold had no guarantee. Pure joke .
Buyers beware! I have bought a couple of car parts from these people over the last 5 years. The first product failed just after two years so I bought another, then the second part broke after 18 months causing my car to show multiple engine management fault codes and eventually break down. The 2 year warranty they offer is completely bogus and they don't respond to messages!
Good not delivered, refuse to sort it out, when ask for refund refused that aswell, this company is a con stay away from them, booked item to be collected but never give it the delivery company, the delivery company confirmed it wasn't collected from the seller, now I'm stuck trying to get a refund, stay away from this con man , will not help in anyway

Absolutely shocking quality, failed after 10 minutes of driving, avoid this place at all costs. After getting in touch for a simple refund without any complaints it was rejected.
Sent wrong item which would have cost a few quid wholesale. Then wanted me to print out a postage label and send it back instead of just replacing it directly. Pathetic attempt
