   Selling property is often complicated and stressful, but Tom Baird at Gilson Bailey made the process completely pain-free. Within a day or so, viewings were coming in thick and fast. I was stunned, especially since my previous agent managed only three viewings in three months and blamed a 'difficult market.' It really proves that smaller, local agents who actually care are the way to go. Communication has been faultless—I never had to chase for updates as I was informed at perfect intervals. So pleased, and I only wish I had gone straight to Gilson Bailey first!

   Big thanks to Dan (Daniel Bush) and everyone at Gilson Bailey throughout our tenancy over the last 4 years. Every issue was promptly responded to with help always at hand. We always had preference for being at the house for inspections, gas safety checks or fixes, which were always accommodated and appreciated. We were too hasty in giving notice so asked Gilson Bailey if we could push back our tenancy end date - we were appreciative as they were happy to approach the landlord again (extra work) who kindly accepted this request. Dan was particularly helpful in advance of our checkout inspection giving us some really valuable advice whilst also reassuring us that the inspection after checkout would be fair in the context of the return of our deposit. It indeed was fair, with Dan going out of his way to help us after checkout, which he certainly wasn't obligated to do - it was very kind. We are very thankful and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Gilson and Bailey.

   The service from putting the house on the market to completing has been excellent from Gilson Bailey. We selected them as our preferred agent due to the extensive local knowledge in the area our property was located. We particularly liked the way in which the block viewings were handled, on a Saturday, and the team at managed the whole process from booking time slots to viewings. Once an offer had been accepted they worked closely with us to ensure all parties where engaged and kept appraised of progress. Overall there is nothing we would change or improve from our experience of selling with them

   We recently sold our home in Norwich and decided to use Gilson Bailey having been impressed by them when we bought our home 7yrs earlier. I'm not sure what qualifies as excellent service regarding estate agents, but Gilson Bailey were always prompt to reply to questions, honour appointments, and keep us updated during the conveyancing process, which are all certainly the most important things to us during what can be a stressful time. I found their explanations easier to understand than the legal jargon being used by the solicitors to the transaction and all the staff in branch were happy, professional and always keen to help. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
