The guys at city and county are amazing. If you’re looking to rent in Norwich then these guys are the way to go. If you’re a landlord and are looking for an agency then look no further. Exceptional care given to tenants, Simon is always looking out for the property and tenants alike. Kerry is awesome and seems to have a great relationship with everyone. Any issues reported about the property were swiftly rectified. In a couple of cases Simon has come out of hours himself to put problems right. Unfortunately our landlord had decided to sell his property pushing us to buy but our experience in our flat will always be fondly remembered. All thanks to city and county.
Went for a viewing of a rental property, emailed that I wanted to take it on the same day. I didn’t hear anything after 48 hours and rang the office. I then got told I’d be emailed the application and got nothing. An hour later I see said property on a different agents website. When asking the new agent I was told they had been dropped. And I had not heard anything even tho I had chased them up.

I have had 5 years experience with City & County since I moved into my flat. You would not believe the agents I went through before who took me to houses and flats not suitable for habitation. C&C understand first impressions count and make sure what you want is what you get. They are hands on with the landlords in all their properties, going out of their way even well after hours to make sure the Tennant is ok.
