   Just had an absolutely amazing weekend for my sister's and brother in laws wedding. The staff are amazing , the venue is beautiful, the food delicious. Can't fault them on anything. I would recommend this for a wedding venue for any future brides and grooms to be. Huge shout out to Becky one of our lovely bar attendees, and to the waiting staff.

   Very nice welcome and escorted to my room. Which was really big. Offered to carry my bag so great start. Room and bathroom very clean. Bed was huge and comfortable, soft pillows and duvet, room lovely and warm with thermostat control. Sadly bed was very squeaky and woke me each time I moved. Bath in main room was still not full after running taps for half hour (maybe a lot of demand from other rooms) and hairdryer didn’t work. Shower was lovely and hot with great flow. Shampoo and shower gel provided. Only complaint is shower sprays out onto bathroom floor making it really slippery. Fantastic location and lovely garden for summer. I won’t stay again because bed is too musical. But in comparison to other rooms in area it provided good value for money and staff were welcoming. Just replace hairdryer and put nonslip mat by shower, and turn volume down on bed squeaking and it will be perfect.

   I found a nice, clean, and heated room the bathroom was also a well-sanitized bathroom. An on-site car park was available. The reception service was polite and helpful. The nighttime was in a quiet environment therefore I rate it with 5 stars.

   Arrived at venue at 8:30 pm and the venue was closed . Attempted calling and emailing all the numbers provided to get access to no avail . They took my money and the process to get the money returned is non existent. I had to book a different hotel as nd additional cost so all in All it was a horrible experience and I feel as if I was scammed of my money . The venue has failed to respond to my emails other than to say they hope I enjoyed my stay , which I didn’t , because I didn’t stay there .

   Beautiful venue staff we're brilliant and food was great but the room was discusting electric wires hanging from wall, looked like blood on curtains, nets we're absolutely filthy carpet was dirty, shower didn't work bed was filthy and so hard I didn't sleep in it, mildew in bathroom. Im still waiting to be contacted over these problems and to be charged £120 for one night is discusting

   Elm Farm hosted our daughter’s wedding. We can’t fault any of the wonderful staff who made the day flow so exceptionally well. Special shout out to Jamie and to Jess, thank you both! The wedding breakfast was served with enthusiasm and the food was good quality. We had a few dietary requirements and these were all met. The dairy free cheesecake was divine! Cutlery and dinnerware were spotless and the tables were layed out perfectly. There was a good quality spread for the evening buffet too. The whole day was fun and relaxed and we made use of all the areas in the venue and the lovely quiet grounds. The rooms were average and yes they could do with a bit of updating but they were clean and the bedding was pristine white. Our family really enjoyed staying on site. Which brings me to breakfast…how amazing it all was, not a single complaint there! Thank you all once again for helping to make this a memorable day.

   Spent the weekend with my boyfriend and we had the superior room. After reading reviews I was fairly hesitant on what to expect. When we got there the staff were lovely and attentive. First glance of the room it was very nice and looked clean, only down side of the room was the jacuzzi was not working and we had not been informed. The bathroom was very clean. I was definitely impressed. Would definitely stay here again.

   Helpful, welcoming friendly staff. Good sized clean room, if a little dated. Unfortunately although it does have a restaurant it is currently closed as they don't have a chef, no breakfast either. The lack of breakfast is well hidden on their website. The restaurant closure should be highlighted. However, I was directed towards the excellent pub a few minutes walk down the road. I'm sure a few cereals and some toast could be provided in the morning.
