   Getting ready to move having just exchanged on a sale and purchase, both through Winkworth Poringland. Right from the outset when Jamie came to take on our property at a drop of a hat on Saturday, all the way through to Louis, Leah and James negotiating and Jade progressing the sales (special shout out to Jade - I’ve never known a sales progressor to get copied into more or less every email between the solicitors! She made everything 10x less stressful) the whole team were amazing for us. Say what you want about estate agents but if what you’re looking for is a team of honest, hard working, experienced professionals who are positive, patient and proactive throughout then I would highly recommend Winkworth in Poringland.

   We have just sold our house with Winkworths, Poringland. Team members who deserve a special mention are Jamie, Director, Leah in sales and Jade, Assistant Manager. Each of these individuals were responsive and efficient. Jamie responded to us out of hours to help with queries we had and gave sound advice. Our sale however would not have gone through had it not been for the tenacity of Jade, who went above and beyond to get our sale across the line. Buying and selling property remains a very stressful time, having a team with these individuals made all the difference. We are extremely grateful to them for facilitating our move into our dream home. Highly recommend.

   Our praise and thanks goes to the Winkworth Poringland and Eaton teams who between them provided a top-notch service for both our recent sale and purchase. Their stand out qualities (which many estate agents don’t always get right) are good customer service and good communication. Right from the valuation through to completion they proactively kept in touch with us and always returned our calls or replied to our emails immediately. At a time when the market is buoyant we were especially impressed with Assistant Manager Jade McGarvey who dealt with the ‘business end’ of the process once offers had been accepted through to completion. This is a tough role overseeing coordination across the wider chain and solicitors. Jade was always efficient, professional and a lovely friendly person (which makes a difference). In fact everyone we dealt with had a great positive attitude and manner, and they certainly know the importance of good team work. Special mention goes to the way Jade handled an unprecedented situation. As part of a wider chain, our agreed completion date (post-exchange) was set into disarray by the announcement of the Queen’s funeral. As well as going the extra mile to help negotiate a suitable alternative date that suited all parties, Jade also provided us with support and reassurance in what suddenly became a stressful time. Our thanks go to everyone involved in our sale & purchase - George, Billy, James CR, and Jade. We are very happy to recommend you!
