Over the course of five days I’ve emailed, called, visited the shop, contacted via website and also right move and Zoopla. No one enquiry has been responded to. I would think twice about this company managing your property. I’ve counted 26 attempts at contact via one medium or another and not one reply!!
Really pleased with the process and service I’ve recently experienced moving into my rental property. From start to finish the communication has been excellent from Samaya. She has answered all of my questions and I’ve felt really supported and looked after. Lovely atmosphere in the office and very friendly, welcoming colleagues. Thank you so much for helping me get a lovely rental property for me and my little boy.
A new manager named Dawn has recently taken over. She is very rude. Very unprofessional. And doesn't care in the slightest regarding tenant's have problems with a certain tenant ripping off the gate after it was put up for security. leaving the front communal door unlocked. And making noise between midnight and early hours constantly. Dawn said it's only my word. Even after sending emails along with photo's for evidence. How Dawn reacts and what she say's over the phone (when she talks over you) is quite disturbing. Don't waste your time renting from this letting agency. I've had problems since moving in back in may 2023.
PH have been very supportive of me as I have been selling my parents' house from a distance. Their initial marketing advice was sound and sensible and they managed the resulting large number of viewings efficiently. They also managed the relationship with the ultimate buyer on my behalf and sorted out the inevitable 'to-ing and fro-ing' with minimal drama. We have a result. The house has sold for not far short of the asking price - and I only had to visit the property twice, from 150 miles away, during the process. A real success. Paul Hubbard Estate Agent is without a doubt the best estate agent I have ever dealt with. Katelyn is who I was dealing with, and her service is second to none. Cannot fault my experience with the staff at my local branch at Lowestoft. Extremely helpful from start to finish. I used a couple of local estate agents for different properties but all failed to get the job done. From Katelyn to Andy through to Natalie in after sales and everyone I spoke to on the phone in between thank you. Highly recommended move into my house next week. (12 weeks from start to finish)
